Find Yourself at The Silo

A 3-hour gathering with you + your friends to find yourself through the art of embodiment practices.

I grew up on a small hobby farm in NE Indiana. I spent most of my time climbing trees, tending to my barn cats, and exploring the nearby creek. I adored the outdoors and life itself so much that I majored in biology.

I had my heart set on getting a job as a biologist but after meeting my husband who preferred to settle locally on his family farm, I settled for working in a lab which made me miserable. A co-worker introduced me to yoga and after I noticed a drastic change in myself, I decided to get certified as an instructor.

The journey since has been a winding rollercoaster of ups and downs and everything in between. What I’ve learned is the importance of self-care, boundaries, and creating serenity in my space.

That’s why I’ve restored The Silo- to share with others the peace I’ve found on our family’s farm.
This is a space to disconnect from the hustle of daily life, recharge your batteries, and find peace within.

The silo is a tranquil space with ferns growing inside, gentle light filtering in from above, and soft cushions to sit upon. During my free time, I enjoy planting flowers and designing the surrounding space to add some pizazz.

I hope you’ll enjoy this space with me and allow me to guide you on a short journey to finding yourself through the art of embodiment practices.

Included in the retreat is an energy work session that will pinpoint what is blocking the flow of energy within you. Hi, I’m Jessie Cole and I am a Certified Reiki Master, Yoga Instructor, and Guided Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher. If I’m not running my cleaning business or coaching practice, you can find me snuggled with a book and cat, spending time with my friends and family, or tending to my flower beds on our family farm. 

If you’ve listened to me on my podcast or on my youtube channel, you may think I’ve always been this confident, driven, and optimistic about life.

But there was a time, not too long ago, where I didn’t believe in myself, lacked confidence, and felt like a failure.

I was 36 and all of the dreams I’d had turned to dust. Needing to pay my bills, I got a job at a warehouse. My supervisor was nasty and I struggled to get out of bed and force myself through the day.

Even though by all appearances my life was wonderful, inside I didn’t want to go on.

Not wanting to abandon my family, I realized I needed to make a change. I quit the warehouse job and took up cleaning so I could obsessively listen to spiritual teachers all day. It wasn’t long before I felt my mind expand. I created a daily meditation practice and in the beginning, I cried thousands of tears as I healed my inner child and faced the limiting stories I had been telling myself.

I realized it was possible to change so I found mentors to guide me. In doing so, I found my authentic self, my voice, and my tribe!

Now it is with great satisfaction that I am able to offer this guidance to you!

My goal is to help you find your authentic self now so that you start living your best life!
