This Pilates video is for getting a full-body workout! It is a 10-minute Pilates routine for getting the body into shape. You will need to grab a yoga mat for this practice. This will be a great video to help you if you are working on getting the body toned. It will help you tone the muscles of the legs, arms, and core. If you are just starting off, it can help you to build strength. You can use modifications if you need to.

This Pilates sequence can be done by all levels, but if you are new to the practice feel free to modify the pose. ALWAYS listen to your body so you avoid injury! It is best to practice yoga often; even 10 minutes a day can help so much with flexibility and overall well-being.
