This yoga video is for when you have a sore back! It is a 10-minute yoga routine for getting the lower back stretched out. It can help with sciatic pain from being sore from when you overexert yourself. You will need to grab a yoga mat & possibly a block for this practice.

This will be a great video to help you if you are working on getting the tight muscles stretched out. It will help you relax. If you are just starting off, it can help you to release into the poses. You can use modifications if you need to.

This yoga sequence can be done by all levels, but if you are new to the practice feel free to modify the pose. ALWAYS listen to your body so you avoid injury! It is best to practice yoga often; even 10 minutes a day can help so much with flexibility and overall well-being.
