This yoga video is for Valentine’s Day! It is a 20-minute yoga routine for better sex. You may need to grab a yoga block for this practice. This will be a great video to help you if you are feeling a little disconnected from your significant other.

It will help you open up the lower chakras and stimulate the mood for you. You will do poses that will stretch the body, it will honor your need to take care of yourself. You can use modifications if you need to. This yoga sequence can be done by all levels, but if you are new to the practice feel free to modify the pose. ALWAYS listen to your body so you avoid injury! It is best to practice yoga often; even 10 minutes a day can help so much with flexibility and overall well-being.
